I am in need of Moderators for the following groups:

Moderating #
Unique-Equines is mostly submission approval/rejections. From time to time we get affiliate requests as well which require approval/rejection votes. As a Moderator you would have the option to invite art work to the group gallery though it is not necessary if you did not want to do this, we also collect news from the Equine community each month to feature in our article that comes out on the 1st of each month.
Ideal candidates will:

know our group rules (listed on our front page)

be able to write in English (for backroom discussions as well as potentially having to explain to a member why their piece was rejected)

be familiar with the group platform (this is not a must but it does help)

be a team player (you absolutely must be able to work well within a team setting as we tend to work together as a unit of moderators)

be active (I would prefer to bring people on who can vote at least once a day)

be comfortable telling someone why their piece was rejected (this is something that we can help with if you are unsure of the wording)

be comfortable with tie breaking votes as these do happen from time to time in this group

be comfortable giving input on situations/ideas

be able to link to any Equine related news on dA that you find while browsing

Moderating #
StylizedEquines is mostly submission approval/rejections. Though at this point I am looking to add one or two admins who can help move the group forward. The groups original intent was to help other Equine Artists find their own personal style of drawing and as such, I'd like for the group to run challenges and or post blogs that can help artists with that.

be able to write useful blogs/articles for the group and or help organize challenges.
If you feel that you'd be able to help with challenges or useful blogs/articles for the group and want to be a part of the admin team for #
